All digital products are final sale. This covers ebooks, planners, journals, workbooks, puzzle books, coloring books, calendars, templates, and bundles. Once a file is delivered to you, it can’t be returned.

If your download doesn’t work or the wrong file arrives, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@cresentmoon.store. Include your order number. We will send you the correct file or fix the problem.

Apparel and other physical items

You can return apparel within 20 days from the date you receive it.

•       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

•       To start a return, contact [print-on-demand company name] customer service at [their contact link]. They will provide the return date and next steps. You can also email us at support@cresentmoon.store, and we will point you in the right direction.

•       If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 20 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
